Velvet Childs dress, approx size 6x, vintage

I don’t know much about the dress. It’s vintage, but how old, I’m not sure. Dark green velvet. The lace collar seems to have been a later addition, as well as the fur brooch. Measurements in the pictures. The tag says 8, however I’m not sure if that’s the size. One flaw as shown in the picture. Not noticeable when worn.
