Velvet Dress Red Burgundy Papillon India Large Long Vintage Embroidered Retro

used ladies. this is a vintage Papillon dress. it is like a Burgundy crushed velvet. there is a lot of Embroidered embellishments along the chest. It looks like it is in good condition for how old it is. there is some signs of wear. my guess is it is from the 70s or early 80s.
