Dark navy blue velvet equestrian riding helmet has black elastic chin strap and grosgrain ribbon detail at the back of helmet. Royal blue satin lining. Tag size is 6-7/8 (56), inner circumference is approx. 22 1/2". Made in England. Pre-owned condition: Velvet has 2 small scuff/rub marks, one on each side (see close-up photos). Inner blue satin lining is discolored at front of forehead.
