Velvet Festive Jacket

Fully lined jacket is 100% cotton velvet with polyester lining. It has big button closure, soft stand/foldable collar, and welt pockets (still stitched shut). Shoulder has a very light padding and shaped like a cape shoulder structure. Marked size 10 and in EUC.
