Velvet Floral Skirt with Ruffle

Reposhing this item I purchased from @scurrilous. Loved it, but it didn’t quite fit me. Approximate lay-flat measurements: Waist: 16.5 inches (unstretched) can stretch up to approximately 22 inches Midi length with a wide elastic waistband. Ruffle down the front in a faux wrap style and deep ruffled hem. Very soft velvety fabric. Sold to me as new without tags and never worn by me. In flawless like new condition.
