Unique blouse from Velvet Heart in a bold vertical stripe black and white pattern. It has full sleeves, is collarless with a tie closure and comes in Size XL. It is in very good condition but does have a small hole in the right arm of the shirt and a small stain both which are both shown in the last 2 photos.
