Velvet Heart Tiered Shirt Dress BNWT

Gorgeous, so soft and drapes beautifully. Peach, muted orange colour. Shirt dress/tunic with long sleeves and button cuffs. Sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned as well. Tiered ruffled bottom, loose fit. Very comfortable! BNWT Velvet Heart Size XS but runs large so I’ve listed it as small but please see measurements in pictures, taken laid flat and are approximate.
