Velvet Knee high boots

Really cute knee/thigh high boots - I bought these in a store in a mall years ago & found a handful of times to wear them - there are some scruffs on the heels due to the salt from the snow outside, which I could probably clean - the material is velvet, so it collects lint - Size: 41 *For reference: I’m 5’10
