Velvet Leaf Organic Cotton Dress

Brand new, never worn. Velvet Leaf is an organic cotton clothing brand. This dress is a royal blue with a side zipper closure. The hood has two long scarf like ribbons that tie like a bow and princess sleeves. Fabric is 95% organic cotton and 5% Lycra. There is some stretch but it is true to size 6.
