Velvet Lehenga

Blue and fuschia lehenga. Used to be a saree and I had it converted into a lehenga. Does not come with a dupatta. Draw string waist on skirt bottom. Good condition but has been worn a few times. waist of lehenga skirt - 17 inches fully stretched Bust - 15.5 inches Waist of lehenga top - 13.5 inches 1.5 inches of extra room inside the top to be taken out
