Made in Italy. Mid rise fit. Velvet ruffles layered with rough satin like fabric. No interior lining but very sturdy itself. Looks massive but is pretty light material and very flowy and COMFY. Free-flowing. Says dry clean only but is definitely washable in cold water as it’s polyester.
