Velvet and sheer black romper-holiday party must!

Gorgeous Anne Taylor Loft romper with velvet shorts and sheer blouse with bow detail. The sorts hit just above the knee. This is a 4P but I think it would work for anyone up to 5’5 as this brand runs on the larger side. This is so cute paired with tights and heels and very comfortable. In great condition.
