Velvet by Graham & Spencer “Keelin” minidress in daffodil cotton voile, size xs

CONSIGNED!!! I was talked into this dress and wound up wearing it to the Eiffel Tower - not my smartest move, as the gorgeous floaty skirt of this dress did exactly as advertised… it floated 😅 I’ve tried to capture the clever pieced construction of the skirt in the video; it’s very twirl worthy. The optional slip is included and as are the belt, I’ve only worn it twice so it’s in nearly new condition. It is a TTS xs, and could accommodate a bust up to 36” comfortably (possibly 38”). Measurements: - bust: 18” - waist: adjustable, max 18” - hips: free - sleeves: 19” long - wrist: elastic, max 9” - neck opening: elastic, max 15” but the bust button opening means it’s easy to get into - shoulder ease: 15.5” - length: 33”
