Velvet dress

This dress is beautiful dark blue velvet with an empire waist. The pictures don’t do it justice. Love it so much but just doesn’t fit in the bust. This would be a perfect little party dress for the holidays or even just a night out. Excellent pre-loved condition. Smoke-free/pet-free home.
