Velvet mini dress

Really cute 90s vintage velvet dress. Adorable trumpet sleeves and dainty rope bow detail on the front. This is a girls size 12 so it’s pretty tight on me as pictured. Really fun, glittery butterfly print on the bottom. Stretchy material and would best fit a size xxs-xs with a smaller bust.
