There is lots of wear to the dress, including stains at the bottom and train.
There are also some tears in the chiffon throughout, which will require repair
It will require repairs and a cleaning! It's already pinned where the repairs would need to take place.

It is a size 10 - My measurements are 5'5" height, bust size is 36G.
It was finished to fit at 5'10", and can be hemmed to any length.

@jennykonkin Hey, I just added some pics...I haven't seen the dress in a few years and there was lots more wear than I remembered! As stated in the as, it will require repair and cleaning. Either way, it's beautiful on and I'm sure no matter what you wear on your wedding day, you will look amazing!!!
