Super cute ruffled detailing on the shoulders/sleeves, layers of pleated mesh and non sheer layers. Hidden zip under one arm with hook/eye. Attached lining. There’s a touch of stretch to the fabric. New with tags attached, but they are in an Asian language. From the tiny bit of English, I’m guessing this is an XS. There is a very small mark on the front.
