Never worn Veronica beard smocked blouse. Says sz 16 but bc of smocking it can fit a wide range of sizes bc of the stretch. I’m usually a size 12/lg on top. Pit to pit measures approximately 19” flat across unstretched. Shoulder to hem measures 23”.

mellovesdoodles @alexandrawol331 Hi -I would say so. I’m normally a 12 and sometimes 14, and this fits me. But it is stretchy so probably would fit a 16 more stretched out. The smocking elastic makes it go in probably to even fit a 10 without stretch. Hope that makes sense.
