Puffed, ruched, smocked?? It is incredible! Beautiful colors for spring or fall. Rustic corals and browns with some light orange and tan too. It feels like faux suede. Very sift! Zipper closure and two pockets. Now the reverse is all white and puffed like the other side. Also has pockets. Such a lovely coat. Flat measurements: pit to pit 23”. Length 25” (from shoulder). Sleeve length 25” (from shoulder), i would guess this is about a size 16
