Versatile summer dress

this dress is amazing...super comfy, stretchy, pretty, and can be work as a full length dress or shorter. There is a liner for the skirt part. ties on the inside to create a nice puffy, shorter skirt. Top of sleeves has been sewn up back can be taken out ( approx 1' longer).
