Very Old First Edition Monopoly Game

For sale is a vintage Canadian edition of the board game Monopoly. The small box is first edition 1936 patented. The board is patented 1935 1946. So the board is second edition. Everything is included except the wooden houses and hotels. There are only a few plastic ones . The condition is good with normal vintage wear. Box has writing on it tears that have been taped scuffs paper wear. Two land cards are damaged see pics. Board has writing on it and scuffs. Instructions paper is ripped.
