Known as "the most beautiful prints in the world," Parisian printed fashion. It all began in 1943 when Jacques Leonard established a knit workshop in Paris. Daniel Tribouillard, who learned textile printing techniques in Lyon, France, was appointed as the president and chief designer. In 1958, Daniel and Jacques founded the "Leonard" brand. The brand's name comes from the founder, Jacques Leonard's family name. The goal at the time of establishment was said to be "to print the world's most beautiful flowers, orchids, on the finest silk fabric."
This piece is original vintage Courbet, printed on silk with original logo buttons. This piece is in like new condition with no nicks, tears or rips. Immaculate. The size is 77 In Japan, which is likely a M. The measurements are 26" long, and 20" wide from armpit to armpit.
