Very Unique RARE Vintage REINAD Multi Strand Black Onyx Choker/Necklace

Incredible Unique Rare Vintage REINAD signed Black Onyx Necklace. This would be an incredible find for the collector. This necklace/choker is a beautifully hand crafted 4 strand Black Onyx piece, craftsmanship is excellent, note the wire wrapped in between each individual bead. 8mm beads, adjustable length from 13-16 inches/ 33-40 cm In very good Vintage condition. Black Onyx and Jet were commonly worn during mourning. Reinad manufactured jewelry between 1922 and 1954. Reinad Fifth Avenue made jewelry for other companies, including Boucher, Carnegie, and Eisenberg. They also had a retail novelty line named Chanel Novelty Co. which was short-lived because of a conflict with Coco Chanel jewelry which objected to the use of the name "Chanel." The jewelry that Reinad marketed was excellent quality using classic designs and top grade materials. It is rare in the collectible market.
