Very cute Dress

No designer on this item just its a Large. It has beautiful darting from the waist up giving this dress a fitted upper look. The skirt starts with large pleats and goes into a flower and stem setting. It's polyester but it feels really nice and has lots of stretch. If you need anything further please message me.
