Very dark navy blue color light polyester pants loose wide leg high waist US 12

Very dark navy blue color/almost looks like black- light polyester pants. Comfy loose summer style with no lining. Side zipper closure. Wide leg and high waist. It has label Canada size 16 but it actually is close to US/Canada size 12. Please see all pictures with exact measurements when laid flat.It was never used but no tag.
