Vintage Highland Queen tartan long skirt. Very good condition. Says size 14 possibly girls. Waist fits me so about 27-38 inches. Length is 40 inches. I am 5 foot 4 so even with 4 inch heels a bit too long. If your a tall slim lady and want an elegant skirt this is it. 100 percent virgin wool
