Vessi Soho Cream Lace-Up Sneakers - waterproof - size W8 but fits like a 9

Elegant cream sneakers with a comfortable lace-up style. Ideal for casual outings. I am usually a size 9/9.5 but these fit me great. Waterproof but have damage on front which is definitely a flaw of the Vessi design. Have tried to clean but it won’t come out. Measurements flat okay and approx. Will accept offers.
