Blue and black fit and flare dress from Vexx. there is a loop hidden in the front if you wanted to add a strap for support around your neck. Bra waistband sewn in. Lace detail at the top with a tiny turquoise bow. There's a grey sparrow on the bottom left of the dress. 96% cotton, 4% spandex. Worn once or twice.
