Vexy Strapless black with red pinstripe dress

Lightly worn vexy dress. Size small. Has a tie up back which allows it to be a bit adjustable. Black crinoline, black dress with small red pinstripes, black lace detail and red ties. It has a zipper up the front and it closed by two snaps (see photos). Wore for Halloween one year, in great condition. Quality thick material.
