Vibrant Orange Sleeveless Dress with fringes

Bright orange sleeveless dress perfect for summer outings. Features a stylish and bold design. Has adjustable straps and a snaps flapper. Got it NWT, wore only once in miami. Was definitely a stunner!!!! Body suit with fringes that comes off as a dress. V neck in the front, straight in the back (see pics). Im a size 2 or 4 and this fit perfectly. Teeny tiny black stain on a strap but its on the inside.
