Reposhing this item I purchased from @fashionseller0. Loved it!! But but they don't fit my size. They're everything I wanted except that - even the fleck of yellow makes them totally on trend. I've got a pair of Victoria Bechkam velvet pants that fit smaller than size, so I was hoping these would be cut the same but they are in fact true to size a USA 10.

@didicameron i measured from the top left to right as 17" ...so then doubled.

@didicameron Part 2: It's not a high waist (not a low one either) so it falls just above hips thus a little wider. I'm a typical size 8 and it doesn't gap too much but also if you're a typical 10 the material has a little stretch and give.
P.S. If you're interested in buying please do today so I can slip into the post for you before I'm on a flight tomorrow. Later this evening I'll be putting my closet into holiday mode until Oct 28.
