Victorian Black Beaded Lace Caplet Mourning Cape Antique 19th Century Embellish

Exquisite late 1800s Victorian caplet. Features delicate cotton lace around collar with some beadwork. Missing some of the hook and eye closures. Damage to exterior taffeta, seam stress, seam tears, a couple minor small holes and wear around lower hem. Interior has more substantial damage and signs of aging and wear. Please see photos.
