An antique candle holder made in the Victorian era between 1875 & 1895 by Samuel Evans & Sons. It has leaf and floral designs on its base, top and stem. There is some tarnish that I haven't cleaned up. The holder is 9 1/4" tall and the base is 4 1/4" by 4 1/8".
