Victorian Silver Plate Figural Eagles Napkin Ring Meriden 146 Antique Birds Rare

This is a silver plated figural napkin ring by Meriden. Marked # 146. It features eagles on either end. The top of the ring has a floral and art deco design with a center cartouche (no monogram). Has wear and tarnishing. About 3” wide and 2” high x 1 5/8” deep.
