Made of a Polyamid / Polyester blend that acts and feels like taffeta, this top has such a Victorian vibe! I would totally have kept it but my D cups are a little too big to make this work. Bow in back gathers lets you adjust, tighten or loosen like an interior belt under bust. 'Peplum' flares out. I can see this styled with a Victorian brooch at the neck, and black pants or skirt! Size 8 / 38. Looks grey in pic but it is black.
