Victorio & Lucchino black velvet tassel wedges

These are one of my favourite dress shoes of all time, just a little too small now. Soft beautiful black velvet heel with a peeptoe, and thin wedge heel. Black cord drapes up foot and ties around ankle, with the tassels laying against your foot, and flicking up with each step!! So cute. Red soles. Wear on soles but otherwise great EUC condition. Italian made. Bought at specialty shoe boutique. Comes with dust bag.
