Vince Camuto Blue Top - NWT

Vince Camuto Beautiful Blue Top New with Tags A bright/ royal blue on the front and a navy blue on the back. The fabric has a silkiness to it (see third photo). It’s tagged as a size small but it’s very oversized. I would say it would be perfectly oversized for a medium or large. See pit to pit measurements in photo. There is a very tiny mark at the bottom (see last photo). When I was going over the garment I almost missed it.
