Vince Flowy Pleated Skirt

A very feminine pleated Vince skirt in Black and white. Sits easily at a 27” waist with a gross grain ribbon band. Fully lined and constructed from polyester. In excellent condition except for one tiny red ink mark on front lap that is not noticeable when on. Let me know if you have any other questions on this absolutely lovely piece!
