Vince buttery-soft black leather skirt

This gentle a-line skirt has soft pleats (in front of garment only), unlined black leather. Grosgrain ribbon waistband (waist is 30”), length 27”. Super flattering fit! Zipper + hook and eye closure at back. Barely worn, excellent condition.
