Navy blue floral "Tossed Poppy" pleated blouse. Navy blue with a floral pattern. Hidden button-up notch neck. 3/4 length sleeves. Loose, flowy fit. Made from lightweight 100% polyester (not stretchy). Excellent condition. Size extra extra small. Measures about 20" across chest (underarm to underarm) and 23" long from top of shoulder to hem. Sleeves are about 17" long from top of shoulder seam to cuff.
