Mostly unlined with a smaller lined section at the top. APPROX SIZE XL as this is a vintage item there was no size found so please confirm your measurements. VERY good preworn vintage condition. The INSIDE is showing some age with very mild stains and signs of wear with glue discoloration that naturally occurs from age as shown in photos. but the outside is in great condition with minimal wear showing around the suede at the collar as shown in photos.
