rennielh Sorry..I’m out of town and just checked in! It’s definitely high waisted, although I suppose if someone was very small it would sit lower….thanks for looking..it’s a beautiful wool skirt, and they don’t make them like that anymore )well, they do…but it would be hundreds of dollars! 😖)
