10 5" Pareek Johnson Bros Decorative Plate this is a vintage piece, from estate sale and seller said owner had it for 65 years, so yes slight crackling in the glazing. it is not mint it is old. Flowes on the Plate are hand painted and raised painting. I took a close up of it in the photos
