Vintage 12K GF Cameo Brooch

This beautiful pendant features a shell cameo of a beflowered woman looking to the right. The metal frame is 12 karat gold filled and is full of small design details. The back of the brooch has a locking c pin closure and a bail, allowing the brooch to be worn as a necklace. The back of the shell is also open and visible.
