...metal edge portrait frame, wall hanging + free standing frame An older soft gold tone metal edged convex glass picture frame, the glass with a subtle curve to it. The ´leather look´ backing board with the original gold foil sticker for the maker "RAMMEFABRIKEN RJ JYDEN Garanti Maerke". The corners of the frame have been decorated with a glossier gold tone metal flower and cornucopias with acanthus leaf scrolls. The back of the frame shows an easel strut (which turns, so you can use the frame horizontally or vertically) and 2 hanging loops (again, so you can use the frame either way). Marked on the back "made in Denmark". The strut stand comes with a string and clip, possibly to keep it from moving too much when hanging on the wall? You cannot have the frame free standing when clipping it to a hanging ring.
