Vintage 14K Gold Filled (?) Filigree Pendant With Opalescent Inserts

Vintage Bohemian pendant, likely from the 1950th or older. With glowing opal - like inserts. Not sure what they are made of. Could be real moonstones, or opalescent glass. Back then, natural moonstones were more available and often used in high end costume jewelry. The metal looks like 14 karat gold filled (not stamped). Good quality.
