Vintage 14K Gold Plated (Or Filled) Ring, Emerald (?) And Pink Ruby (?) Stones

Vintage exotic ring that is either 14K gold filled, or 14K gold plated. With teardrop faux pearl and green emerald-like, pink ruby-like and clear topaz or sapphire stones. All securely prong set. Not sure if they are natural, or lab created. They look nice and without any inner bubbles.
