Vintage 14K gold earrings with sky blue carved rose flowers

Vintage floral dangle earrings with solid 14 karat gold hooks. Each hook is stamped on top (K 14 and has a makers mark). 3.7 cm long. With sky blue / turquoise blue flowers that look like, possibly, painted porcelain.
