Vintage 16" Tail Waggling Scooby Doo with some tags (Cartoon Network)

This 16" Tail Waggling Scooby Doo with some tags Scooby Doo Plush Toy. It was well care of and has some of it's original tags near it's butt. From my understanding it wasn't really used and were saved someone that wasn't into Scooby Doo. It smells clean and well taken care of, is is still intact too Is and is being sold as is and is great for anyone that is a fan of the tv series or even a huge dog fan. It would be new if it wasn't for the batteries that the batteries don't work in it anymore and wasn't able to easily replace them. The box is still with it but not attached to it anymore.
