Vintage 1928 Sorau Art Deco Porcelain Coffee Set

Vintage almost antique and very rare Art Deco era porcelain coffee serving set made by Sorau, a fine porcelain company in a town of the same name in former Prussia. The Sorau company began in 1888 and the factory was destroyed in February 1945 by Soviet Red Army troops. This particular design was produced in 1928. Everything was done by hand and they had about 300 employees at the time. Orange and gold art deco minimalist design tall coffee pot, creamer bowl, butter dish, 3 cups and 3 saucers with gold rim as the company was known for. No crazing, no chips that I can see after going over many times, there is some fading of the gold. Overall in wonderful condition for their age. Coffee pot measures 9 inches tall without lid, 11 inches with. Will ship with utmost care and all the packing protection I can get my hands on! Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
